Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before enrolling in or purchasing access to any program, workshop, or service offered by Supply Atlas. By enrolling in or accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Who We Are

2. Services
Supply Atlas offers educational programs, workshops, and related content (collectively, "Services") designed to help direct-to-consumer brands improve their supply chain operations. Our Services include:
- The DTC Supply Chain Accelerator — a live 6-week cohort program delivered via Zoom
- Free workshops and webinars
- Digital materials, frameworks, and AI prompt templates
All Services are educational and informational in nature. They do not constitute professional consulting, legal, financial, or regulatory advice.
3. Enrolment and Payment
Enrolment in the Accelerator program is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Prices are stated in US dollars. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. By making a purchase, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
Supply Atlas reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Changes will not affect confirmed enrolments.
4. Refund and Guarantee Policy
Supply Atlas offers a satisfaction guarantee: if you complete the program and cannot identify at least $50,000 in actionable supply chain savings, you are entitled to a full refund.
To claim a refund under the guarantee, you must:
- Have attended a minimum of five of the six weekly sessions (live or via recording)
- Have completed the exercises and worksheets for each module attended
- Submit a written refund request within 14 days of the final session, including a summary of the savings analysis completed
Refunds outside of the guarantee terms are at the discretion of Supply Atlas. Requests should be sent to rich@supplyatlas.co.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials provided as part of our Services — including frameworks, slides, worksheets, AI prompt templates, and recordings — are the intellectual property of Supply Atlas. They are licensed to you for your personal business use only.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or use our materials to create competing products or services without written permission.
6. Participant Conduct
By enrolling in a cohort or workshop, you agree to engage respectfully with instructors and other participants. Supply Atlas reserves the right to remove any participant from the program without refund if their conduct is disruptive, abusive, or harmful to other participants.
7. Limitation of Liability
Supply Atlas provides educational content to the best of our ability based on real-world experience and current market data. However, supply chain conditions, tariffs, regulations, and freight rates change frequently. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes beyond the savings guarantee described above.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Supply Atlas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our Services.
8. Privacy
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled participants by email. Continued use of our Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
