This Privacy Policy explains what information Supply Atlas collects through the supplyatlas.co website and how we use it. By using the website, you agree to the practices described below. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Who We Are

Supply Atlas is operated by Rich Morgan, based in the Netherlands. For privacy questions, contact rich@supplyatlas.co. For data submitted through this website, Supply Atlas is the data controller.

2. What We Collect

• Email address. If you submit your email to the waitlist, we collect that email address and the time of submission.
• Email you send us. If you write to us, we collect the contents of your message along with your email address.
• Basic technical information. When you visit the website, our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically logs information such as your IP address, browser type, referring page, and time of access. This is standard server log data used to operate and secure the website.

We do not use advertising cookies, third-party analytics trackers, or behavioral profiling on this website.

3. How We Use It

We use your email address only to notify you when Supply Atlas launches publicly, or to respond if you contact us directly. We use server log data to operate the website, diagnose problems, and protect against abuse. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

4. Service Providers

We rely on a small number of service providers to operate the website: Vercel hosts the website and generates access logs; a transactional email provider delivers any email sent or received by Supply Atlas. These providers process data only on our behalf, under their own privacy terms. Additional service providers are used by the Supply Atlas platform (not this website) and are disclosed to customers in the platform privacy notice.

5. International Transfers

Supply Atlas is based in the Netherlands (EEA). Some service providers are located outside the EEA, including in the United States. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, transfers are carried out under appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

6. Retention

Waitlist emails are kept until you unsubscribe or the waitlist is closed, after which remaining addresses are deleted. Direct email correspondence is retained while the matter is open and for a reasonable period afterward. Server access logs are retained for up to 90 days by our hosting provider.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in the Netherlands, that is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the rights to know, delete, and correct your personal information and to non-discrimination. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

8. Children

This website is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact rich@supplyatlas.co and we will delete it.

9. Security

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, including HTTPS/TLS on the website and reliance on established service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect any change. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
